Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup more if you want it sweeter
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups Horizon® Grass-Fed Milk

Instructions

  • To a small mixing bowl, add chia seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, use a fork to lightly whisk it all together.
  • Add Horizon Grass-Fed Milk to the bowl and whisk until a paste forms.
  • Dish into individual serving containers (4 4-ounce jars with lids) or leave in the bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3-5 hours, until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.

Notes

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days; best when fresh.Serve chilled with desired toppings, such as fruit, whipped cream, coconut whipped cream, slivered almonds, etc.
