Green Smoothie
- 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbs Lime Juice
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 package Viiva Vanilla Protein Powder
Fruit Smoothie
- 12 oz coconut milk
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 whole lime or just the lime juice (the rind is slightly bitter)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 package Viiva Vanilla Protein Powder
- Ice as needed
Berry Blast Smoothie
- 12 oz almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 1/4 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 package Viiva Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp walnuts
Just Peachy Smoothie
- 1 medium banana
- 1 ripe peach pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 package Viiva Vanilla Protein Powder
- 12 oz coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple frozen (Optional, to make it less sweet)
Put smoothie ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Adjust with extra ice for a thicker smoothie, or more liquid for a thinner smoothie, to your preference.
