Thai Red Curry Marinade
This red curry marinade, with coconut milk, has the perfect level of heat and signature Thai flavor .

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tbsp Thai red Curry or to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl.
Shake or whisk together.
Pour over chicken or pork in a container or zip top bag.
Marinate for 4-12 hours depending on cut of meat.
