Loaded Ranch Dip

Loaded ranch dip is a flavorful dip for crackers, chips, and vegetables that is loaded with yummy ranch flavor, chopped veggies, and peppers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 pack ranch seasoning
  • 1 diced jalapeño
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  • Mix sour cream, ranch seasoning, and softened cream cheese together until smooth.
  • Fold in jalapeños, bell peppers, corn, and olives.
  • Refrigerate for an hour , remove 20 minutes before serving. (optional)
  • Serve with your favorite dippers.

Notes

To soften cream cheese, remove it from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes. This will allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature, making it easier to work with, and making it blend together better with the sour cream.
