Crispy parmesan edamame is a really fast and easy snack and tastes great.

- 12 ounce bag of shelled edamame
- 3/4 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Rinse edamame so not frozen togehter, or thaw. Then pat dry
Toss with olive oil and parmesan cheese, coating each one evenly
Spread on baking sheet, make sure they have room.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until crispy
