- 1 c snow peas
- 1 c sugar snapped peas trimmed
- 1/2 c thinly sliced radishes
Sauce
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Steam peas covered for 3 minutes or until crisp tender
Wisk sauce ingredients together
Pour over peas mixture, and toss with radishes
