These chicken kabobs, marinated in a garlic, cilantro, and sweet chili sauce, are an easy, healthy kabob recipe that can be cooked and prepped in just a short 15 minutes!

1lbchicken breastdiced evenly
Dice your chicken
Mix oil, garlic, cilantro, and sweet chili sauce together.
Put chicken in mixture, coating evenly
Skewer onto kabobs
Grill on medium high heat until cooked through.
If making into a freezer meal, prepare according to instructions, and then freeze skewers in gallon sized freezer bags. Line bottom of bag with wax paper to prevent skewers from poking through. On day of, thaw and cook on grill.
