Jam and Brie Bites
Pastry dough stuffed with brie and apricot preserves makes a delicious holiday or anytime treat.

- 1 recipe Pastry Dough
- 1 package brie approximately 6 ounces
- 1 cup preserve of choice
- 2 egg whites beaten
Prepare pastry dough, and roll it out, cut into 2 inch round circles
Put a slice of brie on circle
Top with a scoop of jam
Fold over pastry dough and seal
Brush top with beaten egg whites
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown
