  • 1 box golden vanilla cake mix or French vanilla or yellow
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 30 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 4 eggs


  • Mix cake mix according to directions and put in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Beat the sugar, vanilla, eggs and ricotta
  • Spoon over the cake mix.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hr 15 mins
