- 1 box golden vanilla cake mix or French vanilla or yellow
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 30 ounces ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
Mix cake mix according to directions and put in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Beat the sugar, vanilla, eggs and ricotta
Spoon over the cake mix.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr 15 mins
