Mix together all french toast ingredients except the bread, and whisk til smooth
Dip Texas toast style bread into egg mixture and cook on pancake griddle, be sure to coat well, and flip to cook both sides.
Meanwhile, mix together cream cheese mixture using a hand mixer until smooth, set aside.
Mix together cream cheese glaze syrup ingredients, again using hand mixer, until smooth. Set aside.
When toast is cooked, place one slice of red velvet toast on plate, top with cream cheese mixture. Then cover with fresh raspberries. Pour syrup glaze over top of raspberries. Top with a second slice of red velvet french toast. Dust with confectioner's sugar, top with whipped cream and more fresh berries.
Serve hot!
