- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 2 cups mango frozen
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cups kale center stalk removed
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbs Chia optional
Put everything in the blender, blend until smooth. Adjust liquid as needed to get desired consistency, after blending to completion, stuff more greens in the top and blend again if you want an extra punch of green!
