- 2 Tbs Honey
- 1/4 c Brown sugar Or sub 1/3 cup more honey
- 1 Tbs Sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 Tbs Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbs Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
- 2 1/2 Tbs minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 3 lbs chicken Drumsticks about 10 legs
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, sesame seeds, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger.
Pat drumsticks dry and set aside, and season with a little salt and pepper.
Add the chicken drumsticks to a large zip-top bag and pour the honey sesame marinade over the chicken. Massage the bag after closing to ensure all of the chicken is coated.
Refrigerate the chicken drumsticks in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. For optimal results and best flavor allow the chicken to marinate for 2-12 hours.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil or a silicone baking mat, and spray with cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken in an even layer on prepared baking sheet
Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes
Flip chicken over and bake an additional 10 minutes or so until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
