Mango Avocado Salsa
A sweet mango salsa, this salsa has some heat, and the creamy bites of avocado, making it the perfect dip.
- 1 mango
- 1 roma tomato
- 1/4 cup red onion diced small
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- jalapeno as much as you desire
Chop the mango, tomato, onion, and cilantro small
Squeeze lime juice over top
Stir together and add your jalapeno to desired heat.
Cut avocado up, and gently stir it into the salsa.
Enjoy with chips of choice.
