Day 7: Emotional Eating Be Gone & Berry Delicious Chia Seed Pudding
This delicious chia seed pudding only takes a couple of minutes to make and there are lots of options for customizing it
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- Whipped cream optional
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt optional
In a container or jar, mix chia, vanilla, and almond milk together.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (Overnight works great)
Remove from fridge and stir in berries, top with more berries, whipped cream, slivered nuts, or whatever you want.
If you want it a little thicker or creamier, stir in a cup of vanilla greek yogurt.
