Day 23: When acting like a cat pays off... & Homemade Raspberry Nutella Swirl Ice Cream

When you're craving a frozen treat, this homemade ice cream, swirled with creamy Nutella and fresh raspberries, is so easy to make and does not require an ice cream maker or machine.

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2- 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries


  • In a stand mixer, or using a hand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add in the sweetened condensed milk and whip some more. Whip until stiff peaks form
  • Put about half into a bread size pan
  • Spoon some of the Nutella in, and using the handle of the spoon, swirl the nutella around
  • Add in half the raspberries, and swirl again.
  • Fill the rest of the pan, and repeat the process of swirling Nutella and raspberries.
  • Drizzle Nutella over the top and sprinkle with raspberries.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or foil
  • Put in freezer for 6 hours or more
