Guilt Free Indulgence Bites

A nutritious, great alternative to ice cream sandwiches, these simple to make, and delicious to eat Guilt Free Indulgence Bites will have you looking for excuses to take a "me-moment"!

Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool Dates
  • 1 1/3 cup peanuts raw or lightly salted
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 container Vanilla Bean Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt

Instructions

  • Put dates, peanuts, and dark chocolate in a food processor and process until finely chopped and mixed together
  • Using a silcone mold (Any shape, even an ice cube tray will work) push the date and nut mixture into it to form a "cookie", you should use about half the mixture
  • Remove "cookies" from mold and fill mold with yogurt, put in freezer for 30 minutes
  • Remove frozen Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt bites from freezer and mold, and set aside (Put back in freezer so they don't defrost)
  • Wash mold, then press more of the date and nut mixture in to make more "cookies"
  • Remove yogurt bites from freezer, press between two of the cookies and enjoy!

Notes

Store in freezer bag in freezer to enjoy when you need a guilt-free indulgent moment!
If you do not like peanuts feel free to sub in another nut
