Ingredients
8ouncescream cheese
3cupsmilk
1tspsalt
Pepper to preferenceoptional
1/4cupflour
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
Optional: baconbasil, tomatoes, peas, chicken, anything you want to serve with it
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend. I used my Blendtec Blender because it is easy to use, powerful enough for all of my recipes, and it has comes with a warranty.
Get a sauce pan and rinse it with cold water (this will keep the milk proteins from sticking to the bottom and scorching)
Pour everything from your blender into the sauce pan and heat, stir continuously. When it is thick and warm remove from heat and serve as desired. About 7-10 minutes.
To make it cheesy, you can stir in a cup of mozzarella after removing it from heat! (optional)
