10medium sized russet potatoespeeled and cubed
1bag frozen corn kernels
1can creamed style corn
2cupscubed hambrown sugar ham
1medium oniondiced small
3cupsmilk
8ouncescream cheese
1/2cupflour
16ounceschicken stock
1tspwhite pepper
1tspsalt
Instructions
Put corn, potatoes and ham in slow cooker
In a blender mix together milk, cream cheese, flour, salt, and white pepper, blend until smooth
Pour chicken stock over food in slow cooker, pour blender contents over top
Cook on low for 8-10 hours
Stir well and serve!
Notes
Depending on the liquid content of the corn it may not be as thick as you would like. To thicken mix 2 Tbs corn starch with 1 Tbs water, and stir in while still cooking.
