Tabasco Hot Chocolate Truffles
Super easy to make. Melt your chocolate with heavy whipping cream and a dash of Tabasco, chill, roll into balls, and then roll in your favorite garnishments!

- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbs granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbs Tabasco Chipotle
Garnish
- sprinkles
- cinnamon
- crushed candy canes
- cocoa powder
Put your chocolate chips, cream, sugar, and Tabasco in a pot, and melt together. Stir constantly.
Once melted, move pan to fridge and chill for at least an hour, until you can scoop out a stiff ball.
Make scoops, about 1 heaping tablespoon, and place on parchment paper and chill again for 10-15 minutes
Roll into balls
Roll in your choice of goodies: candy canes crushed up, sprinkles, cinnamon, marshmallows, m&m's, etc.
Cover and chill until ready to eat/use
Stir into a mug of steamed milk or eat plain!
