Peanut Butter Snowman Cheesecake

  • 6 ounces cream cheese 3/4 a brick
  • 2 Tbs peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large egg


  • 2 Tbs melted butter
  • 4 Honey Maid graham crackers
  • 1 Tbs sugar


  • whipped cream
  • sandwich cookies
  • candy corn
  • chocolate chips
  • candy canes


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Crush your graham crackers, stir in melted butter and sugar, and press into the bottom of muffin tin liners (about a TBS, average recipe makes 9)
  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla together
  • Slowly beat in one egg until just incorporated (do not over mix of top will crack)
  • Pour over top of graham cracker crust
  • Put in muffin tin, you should have 3 spots left open, fill halt way with water
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes
  • Remove from oven, and let cool 10 minutes in pan, then 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Decorate/garnish and serve
