Preheat oven to 350
Crush your graham crackers, stir in melted butter and sugar, and press into the bottom of muffin tin liners (about a TBS, average recipe makes 9)
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla together
Slowly beat in one egg until just incorporated (do not over mix of top will crack)
Pour over top of graham cracker crust
Put in muffin tin, you should have 3 spots left open, fill halt way with water
Bake for 20-22 minutes
Remove from oven, and let cool 10 minutes in pan, then 2 hours in the fridge.
Decorate/garnish and serve
