Sausage Mushroom Pesto Pasta

- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta cook according to package directions
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup white mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup smoked sausage or Keilbasa
- 1 cup frozen petite peas
- 1/2 cup pesto premade or make your own
- 1/3 cup paremsan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to directions and set aside
In a skillet heat olive oil, and sautee mushrooms for 2-3 minutes, add in sliced up sausage and pesto.
Give it a good stir, and cook to heat up sausage and cook mushrooms
Add in noodles, and frozen peas, and stir.
When peas are hot and mushrooms are cooked through, serve, and garnish with parmesan
Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.
