EZPZ Cookie Butter Cups
Dark chocolate cups filled with cookie butter filling, and topped with fun toppings like toffee, almonds, pecans, and large crystal salt. The perfect not-too-bad for you indulgent treat!

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6.8 ounces dark chocolate
Filling
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
Toppings
- Large crystal salt
- Toffee chunks
- Pecan pieces
- Almonds
Mix together filling ingredients until combined and smooth, set aside
Chop up dark chocolate, and mix with semi-sweet chips, then melt in microwave in 30 second intervals.
Stir between each 30 second heating time.
Get a mini cupcake pan and line with mini liners
Spoon about 1/2-3/4 tsp of melted chocolate into the bottom of the liner
Spoon a tsp of filling mixture into the chocolate, press down a little, and then top with more chocolate (about a tsp)
Sprinkle on toppings of choice, and do the same until you have used it all! Should make 24-36 total
Put in fridge for 1-2 hours to let set up
