Lemon Whipped Cheesecake Triffles with DOVE® Fruit Blueberries
Decadent, but light airy lemon whipped cheesecake mousse, with layers of graham cracker crumbles, DOVE® Fruit Blueberries, and fresh blueberries!
- 1 cup Lemon Pie Filling Premade
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup DOVE® Fruit Blueberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers crushed
In a medium mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese, lemon curd or pie filling, and powdered sugar with a hand mixer.
In a high powered blender, blend whipping cream until it thickens.
Stir the whipped cream together with the cream cheese mixture, and put in a heavy duty bag (Freezer ziplock bag)
Cut the tip off the bag, and pipe the mousse into a cup layering with graham crackers, fresh blueberries, and DOVE® Fruit Blueberries.
