Slow Cooker Essential Oil Lemon Blueberry Granola
Crunchy, sweet, lemon, blueberry granola made in the slow cooker, and flavored with essential oils!

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses or Yacon syrup
- 1/2 cup oil coconut or vegetable
- 10 drops lemon essential oil
- 4 cups quick cook oats
- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp protein powder or hemp powder of choice unflavored preferrably
- 1 cup dried blueberries and/or cranberries
Turn crock pot on high and combine honey, molasses, oil, and lemon essential oil, stir until melted together
In a separate bowl mix together the nuts, oats, chia seeds, and protein powder or hemp powder
Pour into crock pot and stir well
Let cook 1hour 30 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes so nothing gets burnt
Add in dried cranberries or blueberries, and let cook 30 more minutes
Spread out on tray and let cool, store in air tight container or bag for up to 10 days.
