Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut Milk full fat
  • 2-3 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 whole pineapple cut into spears

Instructions

  • Stir coconut milk and brown sugar together
  • Put skewers into pineapple spears (optional)
  • Put pineapple spears into the coconut milk mixture
  • Let marinade for at least 30 minutes
  • Grill on heated grill until sugars start to brown and crystalize
