- 1 can Coconut Milk full fat
- 2-3 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 whole pineapple cut into spears
Stir coconut milk and brown sugar together
Put skewers into pineapple spears (optional)
Put pineapple spears into the coconut milk mixture
Let marinade for at least 30 minutes
Grill on heated grill until sugars start to brown and crystalize
