Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3-4 Tbs caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut
  • 3/4 cup roasted salted cashews
  • 6 ounces firm tofu

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth.
