Blueberry Mango Fruit Leather
This Fruit Leather is the perfect after-the-game treat, or a grab and go snack whenever you need it.
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
Put mango chunks and blueberries in a food processor or blender and process until smooth
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and pour mango puree over the top and spread out until it is a thin, even layer.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Bake for 3-4 hours or until dry
Remove from baking pan, cut into strips, and roll up in parchment paper.
