Bacon Jalapeno Mustard Deviled Eggs

- 10 eggs hard boiled
- 1 Tbs Heinz Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tbs Sweet Relish
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 strips bacon cooked crispy
- 10 hot pickled jalapeño slices cut in half
- 2 green onions diced
Peel hard boiled eggs, and slice in half
Put yolk center in a bowl and whites to the side.
Mix the egg yolks with sour cream, relish, Heinz Yellow Mustard, and salt and pepper to taste
Put filling in a bag, and snip off the tip of one edge, and pipe into the egg white shells
Garnish with half a piece of hot pickled jalapeños, a piece of bacon, and some green onion
Eat immediately or refrigerate!
