Ingredients
1bag of frozen dinner roll dough12 count
30-40pepperoni
1cupMezzetta Deli Sliced Mild Pepper Rings
1/2lbpepper-jack cheese
1/2cupcotija cheeseoptional
2Tbsolive oil
1TbsGarlic seasoning
Instructions
Take dinner rolls out of package, spray with non-stick spray, cover, and let thaw and rise for about 2-3 hours (I just pull them out at lunch time so it is ready to go by dinner)
Smush all the rolls together so they make one big batch of dough.*
Using a rolling pin, roll dough flat into rectangle shape
Place a layer of the pepper-jack cheese , either shredded or cut into slices leaving about an inch on either side
Layer on pepperoni
Layer on Mezzetta Pepper Rings
Sprinkle on cotija cheese
Roll into a long log, and press to seal the seam.
Brush olive oil over the top
Sprinkle with garlic seasoning
Bake at 350 for 40 mins
Cut into even slices
Serve with marinara dipping sauce

You can use a bread dough, or a pizza dough, we just have found we prefer this method as the flavor is perfect, and the dough cooks perfectly!
