Italian Garden Salad

First, this salad. It is delicious! Like yum. But in addition, it is so easy to make, you pretty much buy everything all ready to go, and just toss it together.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce bag Romaine and Iceberg Salad Mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 10 pitted black olives or a small can of drained sliced black olives
  • 5-8 mild pepperoncino
  • 1 large roma tomato sliced
  • 3/4 cup parmesan croutons
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parmesan
  • Top with your favorite Italian Dressing

Instructions

  • Toss everything together and top with favorite Italian style dressing
