Red BBQ sauce Pineapple Coconut Dipping Sauce
It has some sweet, some vinegar, and a lot of flavor. I could put it on just about anything and be happy.
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 Tbs butter
- 4 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbs chili sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs coconut milk
- 2 Tbs sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Put everything in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir constantly.
Turn down and let simmer 5-10 minutes
Keep in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 10 days.
Drain crushed pineapple
Mix ingredients together in a bowl
Stir well and enjoy
