Red BBQ sauce Pineapple Coconut Dipping Sauce

It has some sweet, some vinegar, and a lot of flavor. I could put it on just about anything and be happy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 4 Tbs butter
  • 4 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbs chili sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Put everything in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir constantly.
  • Turn down and let simmer 5-10 minutes
  • Let cool
  • Keep in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 10 days.
  • Drain crushed pineapple
  • Mix ingredients together in a bowl
  • Stir well and enjoy
