Protein Packed Chocolate German Pancakes
A fantastic protein packed chocolate german pancake, that is light, indulgent, and good for you too!
- 1 scoop EAS Complete Protein Powder Chocolate fudge
- 1 cup oats grind in a blender to a powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups EAS Complete Protein Ready to Drink Chocolate fudge
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbs Butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put butter in a 9 x 13 glass pan, and put in oven, when butter is melted, swirl around to coat bottom really well. Or spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a blender or food process, process oats until they are fine and powdery, like a baking flour.
Combine oat flour, salt, and EAS Complete Protein Powder
Stir in EAS Complete Protein Read to Drink, and whisk in 3 large eggs
Pour into pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350 degrees
Bake an additional 8-10 minutes
Serve with your favorite toppings.
