Ingredients

  • 1 cup LLOYD’S® meats BBQ beef
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Cheddar cheese shred
  • Guacamole

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, not greased.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Heat meat according to package directions
  • Assemble by putting a scoop of BBQ beef in each cup, and topping with Pico de Gallo, cheddar cheese shreds, and guacamole.
