- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 zucchini
- 1 box Ginger Miso Broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a soup pot, heat olive oil
Add minced garlic, and saute for 1 minute
Add ginger miso broth
Spiralize the zucchini
Add zucchini noodles ("zoodles") to the ginger miso broth along with mushrooms.
Bring to a boil, then turn down and let simmer 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to your personal taste
