- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 bag MorningStar Farms Griller Crumbles
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 42 ounces diced tomatoes
- 15.5 ounce can of whole kernel corn
- 30 ounces of black beans 2 cans
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbs Cumin
- 1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tbs Garlic Granules
Garnish
- avocado
- cheese
- sour cream
- green onion
- chips
Heat oil in a heavy bottom soup pot
Chop onion small, and saute in hot oil
Add in MorningStar Farms Griller Crumbles, and seasonings
Dump in all the other ingredients.
Stir everything together and bring to a boil
Cover, turn down, let simmer at least 20 minutes
Enjoy with garnish!
