Ingredients

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 bag MorningStar Farms Griller Crumbles
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 42 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 15.5 ounce can of whole kernel corn
  • 30 ounces of black beans 2 cans
  • 1 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tbs Cumin
  • 1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tbs Garlic Granules

Garnish

  • avocado
  • cheese
  • sour cream
  • green onion
  • chips

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a heavy bottom soup pot
  • Chop onion small, and saute in hot oil
  • Add in MorningStar Farms Griller Crumbles, and seasonings
  • Dump in all the other ingredients.
  • Stir everything together and bring to a boil
  • Cover, turn down, let simmer at least 20 minutes
  • Enjoy with garnish!
