A tasty Meatless Monday option that is guilt free, and a fantastic way to use up leftovers from Thanksgiving.
- 4 dinner rolls
- 4 Gardein Turk'y Cutlets cooked according to package directions
- 4 slices/pieces Brie or colby jack cheese
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
Cook Gardein Turk'y Cutlets according to package directions.
Cut dinner rolls, and put cheese on the bottom
Lay cooked cutlet on top of cheese
Top Turk'y Cutlet with cranberry sauce
Top with other side of roll
