- 1 package Stonefire Tandoor baked mini Naan 4 piece to a package
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup ham pieces
- 2 white mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup Pepperjack cheese
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Top it (Optional)
- 1/4 cup spinach sliced into small pieces
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lay mini naan out on an ungreased baking sheet
Put meats, mushrooms, and cheese on top, then push to the sides to form a "nest"
Crack egg into the center of the "nest"
Season with salt and pepper
Bake until the whites of the egg turn white, about 8-10 minutes (more or less depending on your oven, just watch it)
Top with fresh veggies of choice. (optional)
