Biscuits and Chicken Sausage Gravy

  • 8 prepared Buttermilk biscuits

Chicken Sausage Gravy

  • 1- 5 ounce package All Natural Golden Brown® Chicken Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Rough chop the chicken sausage
  • Heat chopped sausage in a skillet over medium heat with 2 Tbs of butter
  • When heated through, sift 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour over the top and stir well.
  • Pour in 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream and 1 1/2 cups milk, and whisk together
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Stirring continuously, heat until thickened 3-5 minutes
  • Remove from heat, let sit 2-3 minutes, taste, season more if desired
  • Spoon over hot biscuits and enjoy!
