Ingredients
Oil for frying

jumbo shrimp

egg whites

Sauce

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Honey or C&H® Honey Granules or Domino Honey Granules

Instructions
Preheat oil to 375 degrees
Clean and devein jumbo shrimp
In a large bowl beat egg whites until white and frothy
In a medium sized bowl mix together corn starch, salt, and pepper
Dip shrimp in egg whites, then dredge in the cornstarch mixture.
Fry in 375 degree oil for 2-3 minutes until shrimp is cooked and exterior is crispy
Set on a paper towel lined plate, and set aside.
In a new
large (microwave safe) bowl
, mix together sauce ingredients.
Microwave for 30 seconds, and stir well to help C&H® Honey Granules melt into the sauce
Dump walnuts into bowl with sauce, add shrimp, and toss!
Once shrimp is well coated, serve immediately.
Great served over rice and garnished with chives.
