- 2 patties Black Bean Burger Gardein Chipotle Black Bean Burger Patties
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce sliced thinly
- 1/4 red pepper sliced thin
- 1 Tbs red onion chopped small
- 2 Tbs cilantro
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese optional
- 1/3 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 Tbs butter
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 Lime
Prepare Gardein Chipotle Black Bean Burgers according to package directions
Rough chop the Gardein Chipotle Black Bean Burger
Chop red onion, red pepper, and cilantro into small pieces
In a skillet, melt butter, and heat corn tortillas
Sprinkle cheese over the top (optional)
Top with rough chopped Gardein Chipotle Black Bean Burger, corn, 1/2 the red onion, and 1/2 the red peppers.
Cook until the cheese melts
Remove from pan, top with romaine lettuce, additional red peppers, red onions, and cilantro.
Squeeze lime over the top, and enjoy!
