Ingredients

Fresh Florida Blueberries

fresh pineapple

jalapeno
seeds removed (optional, add as much or little as you prefer)

fresh lime juice

Instructions
Slice jalapeno down the center, and remove the seeds. then chop into little pieces, and set aside (wear gloves to avoid the burn on your hands)
Chop up the pineapple, cilantro, yellow pepper, and red onion, and mix it together with blueberries
Juice about 2 limes, and stir cumin, garlic, and sriracha into the lime juice
Pour lime juice over the top of the bowl, and stir well.
Serve with chips
Notes
If you let the salsa sit for a few hours in the fridge, the flavors will meld more, but you can eat it right away too and it will be delicious.
