  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1- 3.5 oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Cacao Nibs Bar
  • 3 cups 2% milk
  • 7 Tbs World Market European Deep Dark Chocolate Mix
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate curls


  • In a heavy bottom sauce pan, bring whipping cream to a simmer over medium heat.
  • I know I have mentioned my Anolon cookware before but it really is the best and this pot is perfect for my Chocolat Chaud!
  • Add in chocolate, and stir until smooth, then turn heat down to low.
  • Add in milk and World Market European Deep Dark Chocolate Mix.
  • Stir or whisk until smooth, and heat to a simmer.
  • Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
