Instructions
In a heavy bottom sauce pan, bring whipping cream to a simmer over medium heat.
I know I have mentioned my Anolon cookware before but it really is the best and this
pot
is perfect for my Chocolat Chaud!
Add in chocolate, and stir until smooth, then turn heat down to low.
Add in milk and World Market European Deep Dark Chocolate Mix.
Stir or whisk until smooth, and heat to a simmer.
Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
