Ingredients

bananas
brown is best, you want them very ripe

melted butter

egg whisked with a fork

white sugar

vanilla extract

baking soda

Wallaby's Organic Greek Vanilla Yogurt
pinch
of salt

all-purpose flour

sliced almonds

Van's Cranberry Almond Granola
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork.
Add melted butter.
Whisk an egg with a fork and add it in.
Now add sugar, vanilla, baking soda, yogurt, salt, flour, and sliced almonds. Mix well
Spray a 9x4x4 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Sprinkle Van's Cranberry Almond granola over the top and lightly press it down.
Bake for 50-60 mins, until browned, and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on a
cooling rack
, remove from pan. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
