Freezer Smoothie Packs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greens of choice spinach
  • 1 cup mixed frozen fruit banana, pineapple, mango
  • 1/4 cup Silk Almond Dairy Free Yogurt vanilla
  • 1 Tbs added nutrition chia seed
  • 1 cup Silk Coconut Milk Unsweetened

Standard Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 a banana (chunked
  • 1 cup mixed fruits peaches, pineapple, mango, a few berries
  • 1/4 cup Silk Almond Dairy Free Yogurt vanilla
  • 1 Tbs chia seed
  • 1 cup Silk Coconut Unsweetened

Chunky Monkey

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup bananas
  • 1/4 cup Silk Almond Dairy Free Yogurt vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup Silk Almond Milk

Green Pina

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 a banana chunked
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Silk Almond Dairy Free Yogurt vanilla
  • 1 Tbs sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Silk Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice optional

Very Berry

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 a banana chunked
  • 1 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup Silk Almond Dairy Free Yogurt vanilla
  • 1 cup Silk Soy Milk
  • 1 cup Silk Coconut

Instructions

  • In a zip top bag combine greens, banana, frozen fruit, and yogurt.
  • Place in freezer.
  • When ready to use, dump in blender, add a Tbs of your added nutrition (chia seed), and 1 cup Silk Coconut Milk, Unsweetened, and blend until smooth.

Notes

You may add more or less Silk Unsweetened based on the desired consistency.
Adding the extra nutrition is optional.
If your fruit is not sweet enough for your preference, you may also add a little agave or honey.
If you want a bright green smoothie, use light colored fruits
