Crock Pot Peanut Clusters

Easy to make crock pot candy, these crock pot peanut clusters are amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 lb honey roasted peanuts
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 10 ounces white candy wafers melts
  • 24 ounces almond bark

Garnish

  • Blue and red candy melts- melted and put in zip top bag or piping bag
  • Sprinkles
  • M&M's

Instructions

  • Put peanuts, white chocolate chips, and candy melts in a 5 quart crock pot.
  • Stir it all together so they are well mixed.
  • Top with chunks of almond bar
  • Cook on high heat (or medium if you slow cooker allows for that), for 1 hour, keeping an eye on things, and stirring about half way through.
  • Stir fully.
  • Get a baking sheet and line it with Parchment Paper, use a tablespoon measurer, and scoop a heaping tablespoon onto the parchment paper, to make clusters.
  • While they are still wet, add M&M's and sprinkles.
  • Melt the colored candy melts, and drizzle over the top
  • Let set up in fridge for 30 minutes or so.
