Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, or line with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray for easier cleanup. I love using Silicone Baking Mat, no oil needed and clean up is fast and easy.
In a small bowl whisk together the melted butter, oilive oil, honey, lemon, 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Place the fries on one side of baking sheet, sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning and 1 tsp garlic powder.
Place chicken breasts on second half of baking sheet, season both sides with salt & pepper.
Drizzle half of glaze over chicken and brush on to coat.
Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle remaining glaze. Return to oven and broil for 5-10 minutes.
