Savory Apple Stuffed Pork Chops
Savory Apple Stuffed Pork Chops are tender, juicy, and filled with the warm Fall flavors of apple, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and a touch of sea salt.

- 1 lb. Boneless Pork Chops butterflied
- 1 Large Apple peeled and diced
- 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/8 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/8 Tsp. Ginger
- 2 Tsp. Pork Seasoning
- kitchen twine
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and preheat a grill, griddle, or oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the diced apple, cinnamon, sea salt, pepper, nutmeg, and ginger. Set aside.
Season the pork chops with the pork seasoning and place 1-2 spoonfuls of apple onto one side of the pork chop.
Fold the pork chop over to close and use the kitchen twine to tie shut.
Sear both sides of the pork chops on the griddle for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then transfer the chops to the oven for an additional 30-40 minutes to finish cooking.
Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes. Cut off the kitchen twine and serve immediately.
