A delicious Salisbury steak inspired hamburger gravy that is delicious served over mashed potatoes, rice, or eaten on its own.
This recipe calls for 3 Tbs total of Worcestershire sauce, which has a strong flavor. The first is cooked with the beef, so it will not be super strong on its own. The second with the mushrooms to add flavor, and the last added to the gravy. Feel free to adjust the amount to your preference. We like a strong Worcestershire sauce flavor, but if you prefer less smokiness, then use less.
