- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms sliced
- 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon white cooking wine
- 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garnish: Parsley
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Cook in the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
