Sauteed Mushrooms

One of the heartiest and most delicious sides sautéed mushrooms offer a rich, flavor. Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon white cooking wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnish: Parsley

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and black pepper
  • Cook in the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
