Ingredients
2, 15-
ounce
cans chickpeas
drained, rinsed, and set aside
1
tablespoon
olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste

teaspoon
dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss chickpeas, olive oil, salt and pepper, and dried Italian seasoning together in a medium bowl.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet
Roast in a preheated oven for 15-30 minutes until chickpeas are golden and desired crispiness is achieved.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
The longer you cook them, the crispier they get. I like them crispy for snacking, and not as crispy for adding to salads and power bowls.
